Fees
We are out-of-network providers. This means that we do not accept payment from health insurance plans, and are paid directly by our clients. We will provide invoices as needed by your insurer so that you may be reimbursed by your insurance carrier, depending upon your specific plan policy. It is best to contact your insurer to determine what coverage they provide for out-of-network providers. Fees for therapy are paid on a per meeting basis, and 45 minutes is the standard session time. Psychological evaluations are conducted on a flat fee basis, which is agreed upon prior to the evaluation. You may request details regarding our general office practices, privacy policies as well as session fees via email above. All payments are due at the time of service, and a session fee will be charged if 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided.
